How to File a Complaint with Gaming Curacao (N.V. 365/JAZ)?
Against which casinos you can lodge a complaint with Gaming Curacao
First thing first, you can only lodge a complaint against the Gaming Curacao licensed online casinos. It may seem too obvious at first glance, but in fact it is not.
It is the case because there is no such a thing as a Curacao license. In fact there are 4 different master Curacao license holders, and Gaming Curacao just one of them.
So to say, you need to establish which exact license the online casino you are complaining about holds. Here is an in depth article on how Curacao licenses are so different.
Once you have established that the casino is licensed by the Gaming Curacao, you can lodge a complaint (well, at least try to).
Here is what I have managed to find regarding the process
Gaming Curacao (N.V. 365/JAZ) is truly terrible when it comes to complaints against the casinos with its license.
There is no procedure to be found anywhere (no info on their official website) regarding how to file a complaint so the only thing you can do is to contact the commission:
Either via this email: email@example.com
Or by post: PO box 840, Willemstad, Curacao, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba
Is it worth the time spent and effort?
To be honest, it is not in most cases. Online casinos with the Gaming Curacao license enjoy the lack of proper control meaning that they can treat players as they wish.
If a casino with this license does not pay your winning (asking tons of new documents, canceling withdrawals etc.), then you need to accept the fact that you have been scammed. The Gaming Curacao commission won’t help you as they don’t really care except for getting license fees from the casinos.
If you for some reason can only play at Gaming Curacao casinos, then you’d better do your research very thoroughly before making a deposit or use this rating that I have carefully prepared for you.
