Rejecting withdraw

As I’m playing on this casino for awhile I never had a successful withdrawal I never had any withdrawals Which make it a little sketchy Recently I got around 4K wining on this online casino They kept rejecting my withdraw after giving all the documents they needed I’m new in gambling and I guess this a way of keeping players playing till they lose it back to the casino And that’s exactly what happened to me I ended up with 4K depts in my credit card that I’m in desperate to pay it off and don’t know how as I’m off work because of COVID and dealing with severe anxiety I contact the casino in real professional matter to try solve this matter but they kept rejecting my accusations in rude way Need some professional help here As I’m doing very good and my marriage life on line Thanks Much regard Muhamad
