WE entered into an affiliate relationship with Playamo.
Playamo.com is owned and operated by Dama N.V., a company registered and established under the laws of Curaçao, with registration number 152125 and registered address at Julianaplein 36, Willemstad, Curaçao, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Friolion Limited, registered in Cyprus with registration number HE 419102 and registered address Pavlov Nirvana & Aipeias, 4, ALPHA TOWER, Floor 1, Flat 11, 3021, Limassol, Cyprus. Dama N.V. is licensed and regulated by Antillephone N.V. (license no. 8048/JAZ2020-013)
Playamo took traffic from us for over $10,000. At no point did they stop the traffic, at no point did they say the traffic was fraudulent.
When we invoiced them they merely said they were not paying us according to the terms of the contract and that they would pay as they recovered money from the players if ever.
We are instituting legal action in Cyprus against their holding company and will also look to bring action against any other entities in the complex chain of companies involved.
It looks like they are getting their license via a third party company that licences other entities like EveryMatrix as well. We will also be engaging with that entity as well as on the forums
Please tell us what remedies are available via the licensing authority.
