Zero payments were processed correctly and as a result someone else deposited thousands to my accoun

Never once did I receive confirmation from the payments section that a deposit was successful. Nor did the secure code process intitiate. I queried several times and it was never explained. Someone gained access to my account and has deposited thousands to my account. I didn't realise until I got my most recent bank statement. I then contacted my VIP manager and asked them to investigate deposits made by individual IP address so I could determine the amount I didn't deposit. My account was closed and they refuse to provide any information so I can lodge complaint to refund my money
