Spin Samurai won’t pay me my winnings
Claim ammount: 250 AUD
I played with no bonus. Had a small win, cashed out at $250. Went through verification process. Verification was accepted. First I was told that I had entered the wrong BSB, which I hadn’t. After numerous conversations with an account manager and the online chat team the only answers I get is “be paitent” they have “technical issues” and “awaiting answer from 2nd line”. What annoys me is they advertise 2-5 day bank transfer and I’ve been waiting nearly 3 weeks and they can’t give me an answer as to when this will be processed. I believe I should have been told before I deposited that they were experiencing “technical issues” with withdrawals or at least offered an alternate withdrawal method. Not be expected to wait, let alone wait this long without an answer as to when this will be processed.
