PenguinKing Casinos, Best PenguinKing Casino Sites (2026)
PenguinKing launched in January 2023 as the second in-house studio created under Octoplay. Its original job was quite specific: make cash-focused slot games, while another Octoplay studio worked on a different style of content. The first PenguinKing title was Salmon King, built on Octoplay technology and distributed through its remote game server.
The company now has a much more visible identity of its own. PenguinKing's current business profile places it in the 51–200 employee bracket, while the provider maintains its own website, commercial team and direct aggregation partnerships. I would call it a medium-sized slot studio rather than one of the largest developers in casino gaming.
PenguinKing currently concentrates on:
- Video slots
- Hold & Win slots
- Classic fruit-style slots
- Jackpot slots
- Feature Buy slots
- Cash-collection games
- Supercharged and Megacharged slot variants
Current casino lobbies list about 140–155 PenguinKing titles, although the exact number varies because operators don't always carry every release. That is a huge increase from the single launch title in 2023 and points to an average production rate well above 30 games per year.
PenguinKing originally operated through Octoplay's regulatory and technical structure rather than holding a separate set of licences under the PenguinKing name. Octoplay has regulated-market approvals across Malta, Great Britain, Romania and numerous other jurisdictions, so I would describe PenguinKing as an Octoplay-origin studio supplied through regulated infrastructure rather than claim it separately holds MGA or UKGC licences.

Best 10 PenguinKing Casino Reviews
#1. BillyBets - BillyBets’ High-Tempo PenguinKing Casino - 9.85/10
Wager: 70x
Code: N/A
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: 5$/€
Active: 10 Days
Free spins: 200
Twenty spins told me more about BillyBets’ PenguinKing offering than the lobby count did. The games I tried leaned towards busy hold-and-win play, with the feature acting as the obvious target rather than a side detail. I liked that directness. Controls stayed readable when I lowered my phone brightness, and the rounds never felt padded with unnecessary screens or long introductions.
PenguinKing is best suited to readers who prefer clear bonus chases and familiar slot timing. I could move between themes without relearning the basic flow, which made a half-hour session feel coherent instead of random. The downside is repetition: players wanting a major mechanical change from one title to the next may tire of the pattern sooner.
My bigger concern was bankroll pace. Feature-led slots made it tempting to raise my bet after a dry spell, so I fixed the stake before loading each game and left it there. BillyBets supports many account currencies and payment types, meaning funding is rarely the awkward part; controlling spend matters more. I would shortlist this PenguinKing casino for compact, lively sessions, but not for players seeking quiet low-action slots.
#2. SlotLords - PenguinKing Casino Repeats Its Best Ideas - 9.77/10
Wager: 40x
Code: FIRST
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: N/A
Active: 30 Days
Free spins: 100
The names did most of my sorting at SlotLords. Break the Piggy Bank and Crack More Piggy Banks sit beside a long run of Hold & Win games, so I knew the basic direction before opening a demo. That plain labeling helps when I want familiar prize-collection rounds instead of decoding a vague title. Aztec, buffalo, train and classic fruit themes also stop the list looking like one reskin.
The family resemblance became my main reservation. After several test rounds, the coin-led bonuses began to blur together, even when the art changed. PenguinKing says its platform lets casinos configure optional jackpots and volatility controls. I would therefore treat each game as its own setup rather than assume two similarly named releases play or pay alike.
My practical pick is to sample one piggy-bank game, one Hold & Win release and one title outside those groups before betting. I found that small trial more revealing than scrolling the full PenguinKing list: it showed whether the repeated mechanics felt comfortably familiar or simply repetitive. SlotLords gives this studio enough room for a proper judgement, but the catalogue rewards selective play rather than blind loyalty to the logo.
#3. Starda - Opt-In PenguinKing Casino Sessions - 9.72/10
Wager: 40x
Code: N/A
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: 5$/€
Active: 3 Days
Free spins: 500
Before I spun a PenguinKing title at Starda, I checked whether its jackpot layer was switched on. That sounds fussy, but PenguinKing lets operators configure opt-in jackpots and volatility, so two listings of the same game need not present the exact same setup. Starda displayed the game controls clearly enough for me to confirm my stake before each round. I would still open the rules panel whenever changing titles; the extra jackpot entry can affect what a spin costs and what prize pool it can reach.
Starda is a useful setting for this style because it runs regular casino tournaments and a four-level loyalty programme. I kept those rewards separate in my head: joining a PenguinKing jackpot does not automatically mean the same bets qualify for a Starda tournament or cashback. Players who enjoy layered prize systems may like having all three available, but they should read each set of terms before combining them. The short three-day welcome deadline is the awkward part. I would rather start PenguinKing with cash, learn which switches are active, then opt into promotions later.
#4. WinRolla - PenguinKing Casino Doubles Down On Familiarity - 9.62/10
Wager: 80x
Code: N/A
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: 5$/€
Active: 10 Days
Free spins: 100
If Hold & Win bonuses bore you, stop here: PenguinKing leans hard into that mechanic. WinRolla’s section follows the same pattern, with coin collectors, vaults and jackpot meters recurring across many titles.
I didn’t mind the repetition at first. Once I understood one bonus, the next game took little time to learn, which suits short sessions. After a while, though, new artwork could not hide how often I was waiting for the same type of feature. The studio’s bold cartoon look will divide players as much as the maths.
There is another detail worth checking. PenguinKing’s platform supports operator-configured jackpots and volatility controls, meaning settings can differ between casino deployments. I opened every information screen at WinRolla and treated its displayed RTP and rules as the relevant version. Readers should do the same instead of copying figures from a general slot database.
That makes the section consistent, not versatile. I would bookmark two favourites and leave the rest alone; playing through the entire row adds less variety than the thumbnails suggest.
#5. Stonevegas - PenguinKing Casino With Side Quests - 9.57/10
Wager: 70x
Code: N/A
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: 5$/€
Active: 10 Days
Free spins: 200
The slots were not what made my notes messy. The reward system did. I tried PenguinKing demos first, then checked what Stonevegas adds around them. Its English provider directory currently lists 162 games, making this a substantial selection. Free play before registration helped me reject titles that did not suit my taste.
Stonevegas layers weekly challenges, tournaments, coins and a shop over the casino. Its one-time challenge page says coins can come from 5% of euro deposits and 1% of bets; the shop exchanges them for free spins, bonus money or free bets. I like this clear use for loyalty points, yet I would never assume every PenguinKing spin advances a task. Some challenges name eligible games, minimum bets and spin targets. Chasing them can turn a casual session into forced spending.
For me, Stonevegas is strongest when I ignore the checklist mentality: use demos, pick PenguinKing games on merit, and treat coins as an extra. Readers who enjoy missions may get more from the surrounding system, but 162 choices are enough reason to consider it. Set a budget before chasing milestones; finishing a task does not mean its reward offers good value.
#6. Legzo - Bonus Grid Territory: PenguinKing Casino - 9.44/10
Wager: 40x
Code: N/A
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: 5$/€
Active: 3 Days
Free spins: 500
Here is the useful question at Legzo: do you actually enjoy Hold & Win slots? PenguinKing leans hard into that mechanic. Its current range includes 3 Fire Frogs: Hold & Win, Outlaw Rails: Hold & Win and many similar releases, so I would not call the selection broad in style merely because there are plenty of titles. When I moved between games, the themes changed more than the core rhythm did. That suits readers who enjoy collecting value symbols and waiting for a bonus grid; it can feel repetitive fast if you prefer less familiar reel systems.
Legzo handles this specialisation sensibly. PenguinKing appears in the provider filter, while search and demo play let me sample the range without opening a cash round every time. Still, I wanted clearer mechanic tags beside the thumbnails. Labels such as Chaos Reels give experienced players a clue, but similar gold-heavy artwork makes several games blur together. My advice is simple: use the demos to compare bonus frequency and bet range, then note two or three favourites. Legzo is a convincing PenguinKing casino for mechanic loyalists, but not a varied showcase for readers already tired of Hold & Win.
#7. 1go - Read The PenguinKing Casino Fine Print - 9.31/10
Wager: 40x
Code: N/A
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: 5$/€
Active: 3 Days
Free spins: N/A
Read the help screen before spinning. That was my main takeaway from using PenguinKing at 1go, because this studio lets operators configure volatility and optional jackpots. The same artwork can therefore hide a different risk profile from the version seen elsewhere. I opened three PenguinKing games, checked their information panels and wrote down the RTP before staking. That took less than two minutes and mattered far more than the theme or headline win. 1go has filters for providers, features and themes, but I would still prefer the selected RTP printed directly on every game card.
The play itself was steady: no frozen rounds, sharp controls and correct balance updates after each result. What I liked most was the choice between familiar Hold & Win setups and less cluttered slots, although repeated mechanics make the range feel narrower than its game count suggests. My advice is simple. Pick one PenguinKing title whose volatility matches your budget, ignore optional jackpots unless their cost is shown clearly and save the information-panel details before playing. For careful slot players, 1go is functional; for anyone choosing by thumbnails, it is too easy to miss the maths.
#8. MrPacho - Hold-And-Win PenguinKing Casino Corner - 9.31/10
Wager: 70x
Code: N/A
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: 5$/€
Active: 10 Days
Free spins: 200
MrPacho is the PenguinKing casino I would point toward players who enjoy Hold and Win games, not those looking for constant changes in format.
The section I tested leaned heavily on familiar ideas: pots, trains, animals and respin-style bonuses. That consistency helped me settle into a game quickly because I was not relearning the controls each time. After several switches, though, the catalogue began to feel like variations on one core appetite. Readers who dislike repeated collect features may tire of it sooner than the title count suggests.
Demo buttons are the useful counterweight. I could inspect rules and compare layouts without opening an account, then favourite the versions that actually felt different. I would also check every paytable after depositing. PenguinKing offers operator-configurable jackpots and volatility controls, which means the setup at MrPacho deserves to be judged on its own rather than assumed from a game’s name.
Outside the reels, MrPacho’s 24/7 chat was easy to reach and the €20 minimum cashout felt reasonable. Its Anjouan licence gives me less confidence for dispute handling, so I would keep deposits modest even if a PenguinKing jackpot is displayed.
#9. SlotMafia - PenguinKing Casino After The Win - 9.25/10
Wager: 50x
Code: SM1
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: N/A
Active: 7 Days
Free spins: 200
SlotMafia made me think about what happens after a good PenguinKing run before I thought about the reels themselves. Its withdrawal limits can depend on betting activity. I strongly dislike that rule: a casual player should not receive less payout flexibility than someone who wagers more often. It turns inactivity into a financial disadvantage, and no slot feature makes that fair.
PenguinKing is a sensible match for the casino’s dedicated Hold & Win section. I liked the uncluttered pot collection and the option to enter extra jackpot layers, but I checked each information screen because PenguinKing lets operators configure its jackpots and volatility controls. Settings seen elsewhere cannot safely be carried across to SlotMafia. During my session, I kept the base play separate from optional extras instead of paying for every added mechanic. Native iOS and Android access, cashback and a Bonus Shop are useful side benefits, yet they stayed secondary for me. A PenguinKing win is only as comfortable as the withdrawal policy waiting behind it.
#10. Jet4bet - PenguinKing Casino For Split Sessions - 9.22/10
Wager: 40x
Code: JET1
Min deposit: 20$/€
Max bet: N/A
Active: 7 Days
Free spins: 200
I moved between PenguinKing slots and Jet4bet’s sportsbook under the same account, then returned without rebuilding my shortlist. That shared setup is the main reason I would pick this casino over a slot-only site.
PenguinKing leans heavily on pot bonuses, Hold & Win rounds and adjustable volatility systems. During play, I found the familiar structure easy to read, although several releases follow related ideas. Players who enjoy collecting symbols while waiting for a feature should feel at home; anyone seeking radically different maths every few spins may tire sooner. The studio also uses operator-configurable jackpots and volatility controls, so I would read each help file instead of assuming identical settings everywhere.
Jet4bet adds a Bonus Shop, Lucky Box and VIP service around that play. Its listed welcome deal is 100% up to €2,000 plus 200 spins, but 40x wagering turns it into a commitment rather than free value.
My verdict is narrow: this is a practical PenguinKing stop for mixed casino-and-sports sessions. Support runs around the clock, while bank withdrawals taking three to seven days is the part I like least.
How I Pick PenguinKing Casinos Without Getting Distracted By The Game List
PenguinKing's catalogue has become large enough that I no longer see any reason to use a questionable casino just to find its games. Several operators now carry more than 100 titles from the studio, and additional aggregation deals continue to widen distribution.
The casino still matters more than the provider logo. These are the checks I use when deciding which PenguinKing casinos deserve a place in my rankings:
A reputation that holds up over time. I look mainly at withdrawal complaints, disputed balances and accounts being restricted after larger wins. One bad review tells me very little, but the same serious problem appearing repeatedly is harder to dismiss.
A valid gambling licence. I check the legal company behind the casino and compare its licence information with the regulator's own records whenever that is possible. A copied regulator badge in the footer doesn't prove anything by itself.
Real PenguinKing games. The provider now works through recognised casino aggregation systems and appears at a large number of established operators. I expect proper provider branding and legitimate builds rather than games using similar names or copied artwork.
SSL protection throughout the account area. Login, banking and document-upload pages should use HTTPS with a valid certificate. Encryption doesn't guarantee good casino management, but there is no sensible reason to send personal or payment information through an insecure page.
Support that gives proper answers. I prefer responsive live chat because withdrawal limits, verification and bonus restrictions are the questions most likely to matter when money is already involved. An agent who continually sends links instead of answering simple questions loses points with me.
KYC that is clearly explained. Identity verification is normal at properly run casinos. I prefer operators that state what documents they may require instead of starting a long sequence of new requests only after a player tries to withdraw.
Bonuses with rules that suit the actual games. Welcome matches, cashback, VIP programmes, races and tournaments can all be useful. I check wagering requirements, maximum bonus stakes and Feature Buy restrictions first because PenguinKing uses paid bonus access heavily across its catalogue.
Withdrawals that are genuinely processed quickly. I don't judge this from advertising claims. Pending periods, internal approval times and weekly cashout caps matter much more than a homepage saying withdrawals are "fast."
Banking options that work both ways. A deposit method isn't especially useful if the casino forces withdrawals through another awkward route. I favour operators where the same practical methods can normally be used for deposits and cashouts.
A broad game lobby. PenguinKing already has well over 100 titles, but the mechanics lean heavily toward Hold & Win, jackpot and cash-symbol formats. I prefer casinos with other providers as well, so players can switch to something structurally different.
Clear inactive-account rules. I read whether the casino charges dormancy fees and when they start. I don't like operators that begin deducting money from an unused balance after an unexpectedly short period.
A proper complaints route. Support chat shouldn't be the final stage if a serious payment dispute appears. I give more credit to casinos that explain how to escalate a complaint and identify an ADR service or regulator where applicable.
No unnecessary payment-method traps. Some casinos accept a card or wallet for deposits and then introduce additional withdrawal conditions afterwards. I prefer rules that make the payment route clear before somebody deposits.
PenguinKing's game design makes the bonus and stake checks particularly relevant. Hold & Win, jackpot modifiers, Bonus Buy and cash-collection mechanics appear again and again, so a casino's promotional maximum-bet rules can affect a lot of the catalogue rather than one unusual title.
I don't automatically favour the operator with 150 PenguinKing games over one carrying 50. If the smaller lobby comes with better licensing, quicker cashouts and clearer terms, that is where I would rather keep a balance.

PenguinKing Casino Sites Have Grown Very Quickly
PenguinKing has become surprisingly easy to find considering the studio only appeared in 2023. One current operator lists 154 games, while another 2026 casino launch added more than 140 titles at once. The provider has also signed new distribution agreements with aggregation platforms during 2026.
I would now call PenguinKing a well-distributed slot provider, although its presence isn't uniform across every regulated market. It has also become particularly visible at social and sweepstakes casinos in North America, alongside normal real-money operators elsewhere.
There is no way to consistently win simply because you choose PenguinKing. The slots have a house edge, and previous losing spins do not make a bonus or jackpot become due.
What I can control is the mathematical version I select. Some documented PenguinKing releases run around 95.7–95.8% RTP, including 5 Star Coins and Reel Bass: Jackpot Catch. Other builds found at casinos can fall into the low-92% range.
That is a big enough difference for me to check the in-game information rather than assuming every PenguinKing slot has similar maths. When everything else is equal, I would choose the highest RTP available.
PenguinKing Bonuses Can Clash With Feature Buy Rules
Many casinos carrying PenguinKing provide sign-up bonuses because these games sit inside larger multi-provider lobbies. Deposit matches and free spins are common, while existing players may see a much wider range of promotions.
Those can include:
- Cashback
- VIP programmes
- Reload bonuses
- Slot races
- Tournaments
- Free-spin offers
- Bonus stores
The first thing I check is whether PenguinKing games count toward wagering. Standard slot spins often do, but Feature Buy, jackpot contributions and enhanced bonus bets may have separate restrictions.
That matters with games such as Burn It Up: Hold & Win, where direct bonus access and an enhanced feature-trigger option are built into the betting menu. A casino can allow the game normally while still prohibiting those options with promotional money.
I think cashback often fits PenguinKing better than complicated wagering bonuses. Many titles use medium or higher variance Hold & Win mechanics, so a simple loss-based cashback offer is easier to judge than a deposit match packed with exclusions.
Tournaments can be appealing too, but I read the scoring format. A leaderboard based purely on turnover can reward the person who risks the most money rather than the player who has the strongest result.
Bonus stores are useful when points have a simple cash or free-spin value. I wouldn't give much value to them when conversion rates are vague or the useful rewards require very large wagering totals.
How I Would Start At A PenguinKing Casino
PenguinKing games are easy enough to find now that I would spend more time checking the operator than browsing the provider menu.
- Choose a properly licensed casino carrying genuine PenguinKing games.
- Confirm that players from your country are accepted.
- Check withdrawal times and cashout limits.
- Read KYC requirements.
- Check bonus contribution and Feature Buy rules.
- Register with accurate details.
- Complete verification when required.
- Pick a practical payment method.
- Set a gambling budget before making the deposit.
- Search the lobby for PenguinKing.
- Open the game's information panel.
- Compare RTP, volatility and stake limits.
- Use demo play first where it is available.
Demo play is useful because the catalogue can look more varied than it actually feels. A lot of PenguinKing games use Hold & Win, cash symbols, fixed jackpots and related collector features, so trying a few for free will tell you quickly whether that style suits you.
I would also check the RTP every time I move casinos. The same title can appear with different return settings, and current online records show unusually large discrepancies on some games.
One example is 777 Super Wheel: Hold & Win. Some current casinos show roughly 95.77% RTP, while other tracked versions are around 92.8%.
That isn't a minor difference. If I can choose the stronger version at an equally trustworthy casino, I see no reason to play the weaker one.
PenguinKing Real Money Slots
Current casino catalogues put PenguinKing at roughly 140–155 games. The whole range is essentially slot-focused, with Hold & Win, fruit-machine, jackpot and cash-collection releases accounting for much of the library.
Bet limits vary a lot. Turbo Diamonds is documented around 0.10–80, 777 Super Wheel around 0.10–60, Burn It Up around 0.10–90 and 5 Star Coins can reach much higher limits at some operators. Crack & Smash The Piggy Bank has even been indexed with maximums reaching 450.
That makes roughly 0.10 at the low end and several hundred per round at the extreme upper end a fair description of the wider catalogue. I definitely wouldn't treat the maximum as a target; those limits are far beyond what most players need.
Five PenguinKing slots give a good picture of the provider:
777 Super Wheel: Hold & Win. This 5x3 game uses five paylines, fixed jackpots, Hold & Win and a bonus wheel. Published maximum potential reaches about 8,157x. The important issue is RTP: current records show versions around 95.77% and others below 93%, so I would check the exact casino build before playing.
Turbo Diamonds. A 5x3, five-line fruit-and-diamonds slot with a Hold & Win feature, random rewards and jackpot boosters. It has a 6,200x maximum, stakes around 0.10–80 and one tracked configuration at 92.72% RTP. I like the simple structure, but that return percentage would make me look for a stronger configuration or another game first.
5 Star Coins: Hold & Win. This is one of PenguinKing's more traditional Hold & Win titles, with five reels, three rows and five paylines. One current real-money implementation shows 95.72% RTP, low-medium volatility and a maximum around 5,585x. I think it is a better starting point for players who want a slower bankroll profile than the studio's sharper high-variance games.
Crack & Smash The Piggy Bank. The main feature sends players into a piggy-bank bonus where prizes and jackpots can be collected through repeated taps. The maximum is only about 1,019x, which is modest beside many PenguinKing titles, while the commonly tracked base RTP is around 92.74%. I like that the bonus feels different from an ordinary respin grid, but the standard return figure is a clear negative for me.
Reel Bass: Jackpot Catch. One of the provider's newer 2026 fishing slots, using a 5x3 layout, ten paylines and jackpot-focused bonus features. Current data puts the maximum around 2,340x and RTP around the mid-95% area, with stakes starting near 0.10. I would take its maths over one of the 92% builds, even though its maximum win is smaller.
Real-money currencies come from the casino platform rather than PenguinKing alone. Depending on the operator, players can commonly use EUR, GBP, USD, CAD and a range of regional currencies, while some international casinos also support crypto balances.
PenguinKing Slot Security And Fairness
PenguinKing began as an Octoplay in-house studio, and its first title was built using Octoplay's technology and distributed through Octoplay's proprietary Remote Games Server. That technical relationship is well documented.
The games themselves use RNG-based slot outcomes. However, I couldn't verify a PenguinKing-specific public certificate clearly showing that all current titles are continually tested by any of these individual laboratories:
- Gaming Laboratories International
- eCOGRA
- iTech Labs
- BMM Testlabs
I therefore wouldn't state that one or more of those companies constantly tests the entire PenguinKing catalogue without a certificate to back it up.
The stronger evidence comes from the regulatory structure behind the studio. PenguinKing was created under Octoplay, whose content platform operates across regulated gambling markets and has held supplier permissions including Malta and Great Britain alongside a growing set of other jurisdictions.
That doesn't mean every PenguinKing casino is safe. The casino operator still needs its own appropriate licence, and it controls player balances, KYC and withdrawals.
I would also check the RTP shown inside the individual game. Current records demonstrate that PenguinKing titles can appear with very different mathematical settings, so a fair RNG can still sit behind a relatively high house edge.

PenguinKing Casinos FAQ
Is PenguinKing Part Of Octoplay? Yes. PenguinKing was launched in January 2023 as Octoplay's second in-house studio and its first title, Salmon King, used Octoplay's own technology and Remote Games Server. The PenguinKing brand now has its own website and commercial identity, but its origin under Octoplay is clear.
How Many PenguinKing Games Are Available? Current casino lobbies show roughly 140–155 titles depending on the operator. One 2026 casino integration added more than 140 games, while another current lobby lists 154, so I would use around 150 as a realistic current estimate.
Why Does The RTP Of Some PenguinKing Slots Differ Between Casinos? Operators can receive different mathematical configurations, and current tracking shows large differences for games such as 777 Super Wheel. I would always use the RTP displayed inside the real-money version rather than relying on a generic review figure.
Does PenguinKing Make Games Besides Slots? Its current public collection is overwhelmingly slot-based. Hold & Win, fruit-style games, cash prizes, jackpots and Feature Buy mechanics make up the core catalogue, and I haven't found a meaningful PenguinKing live dealer or table-game range.
Which PenguinKing Game Is A Good Starting Point If I Care About RTP? I would compare current casino builds rather than nominate one permanent winner. 5 Star Coins is documented around 95.72% and Reel Bass around the mid-95% area, whereas Turbo Diamonds and some builds of 777 Super Wheel fall below 93%. The higher-return version would get my preference if the gameplay also suits me.
PenguinKing Has Scale Now, But I Would Watch The Maths
PenguinKing has changed a lot since launching with Salmon King in 2023. It has gone from an Octoplay in-house studio producing cash-focused slots to a provider with its own commercial profile, 51–200 employee company-size band, fresh aggregation deals and roughly 150 games appearing across current casino lobbies.
The biggest positive for me is distribution. Players can now find these games at enough operators that there is little excuse for accepting weak casino licensing, slow withdrawals or poor customer service just to access the catalogue.
The main negative is RTP inconsistency. Some PenguinKing releases sit around the mid-95% area, while tracked configurations of other games fall close to 92%. That is too large a gap to ignore.
I also think the studio leans very heavily on Hold & Win, jackpots and classic cash-symbol structures. The games are easy to understand, but a catalogue of this size should keep adding mechanics that feel genuinely different.
My view of PenguinKing's prospects is positive because the hard part — distribution at scale — is already happening. For players, though, I would choose the casino by licence, withdrawals, support and RTP first, then treat PenguinKing as a sizeable extra inside the lobby.
