A Small Studio With A Useful Distribution Advantage
Neotopia is still at the beginning of its commercial life. Six games is a tiny catalogue beside established providers, and I would not choose a casino mainly because it carries this studio.
There are positives, though. YGG Masters gives Neotopia access to Yggdrasil's established distribution and regulated infrastructure, while its first six releases already range from low to high volatility and from €0.20 minimum bets to much higher upper limits.
My biggest criticism is the RTP structure. Offering 96% versions is fine, but 90.5% configurations on some titles are much harder for me to recommend.
The company also remains very small and has little public corporate detail beyond its Australian registration and Sydney base. That is normal for a new studio, but there is not enough history yet to judge how consistent its release quality will be.
I think the Yggdrasil relationship gives Neotopia a far better chance of surviving than an isolated six-game studio would normally have.
