Why Can’t I Log Into My Bovada Account?

• SMS verification failure: Bovada permits up to three attempts to enter the security code and up to three resend requests. A player who still cannot validate the phone number must contact Customer Service.

• Browser or connection trouble: Clear site data, disable extensions that interfere with scripts and test another current browser. Bovada states in Section 2.5 that it is not responsible for internet disruptions, so save screenshots when a technical issue affects a financial request.

Section 2.3 says access rights may be revoked when an account is accessed from a restricted state. It also instructs players to notify Bovada before visiting or moving to one, so the account can be placed on hold or closed and the available balance handled.

Can I Use A VPN At Bovada?

No. Section 6.2 specifically includes “the usage of a VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location” within fraudulent, dishonest or improper activity.
