Wont reply to my messages and will not process my withdrawls

Hi. I signed up to this casino 6 months ago. And deposited 500 euros and lost. And then registered my account with them. After this I did not play with them for untill about 3 weeks ago. This time I also deposited 500 euros. But this time I won 5000 euros. I went to withdraw my winnings the same day. But could only do it in 50 euros at a time. I tried to contact them many time but could not get threw to them. Then after a week I finally got to speak to someone by not logging in and using the live chat. And they said my account still needs to be verified. I explained that I already did this. But would send documents again straight away. Which I did on Saturday the 17th of October. I have been trying to contact them again to find out how long this takes. And finally got three to someone to day. When I explained to them I wanted to know how long the documents process takes and when I can receive my winnings. They said they will check. And then left the chat. And now I can not get threw to them again. I am only receiving emails from them about depositing more money. But no replys about my documents and withdrawals. Please can you help with what I can do next
