I went to deposit £20, the page crashed during the deposit and when it came back it had taken the £20 three times so £60.
I completed the verification process and went to withdraw the money which I have gambled with numerous times resulting in £100 in my account.
I went to withdraw on the card I deposited with and which the bank has confirmed accepts withdrawals and they refuse and just keep sending the same message saying some cards can't be used.
There are also no other withdrawal options available.
