I requested 700 but it let me withdraw 660 that was on the 29th of March and its still not been processed by the casino it says user request pending . When I speak to live help they say it takes 7 to 21 days for withdrawals. Ive kept all chat transcripts and transactions and my account is fully verified and has been from my first deposit
