Withdrawal requests pending, rejected and repeat

18 days since initial withdrawal of 8900aud still had money in my account and decided to play ended up with a total of 26k including the original 8900 I tried to withdraw money. Waiting 3-10 days as they show is the period for a bank transfer to complete then I messages my host, I was told it was accepted and the transaction is waiting for my bank to approve which is false I contacted my bank and there was nothing pending, they have made excuses and now tell me to just be patient now my original 8900 withdrawal has been rejected and is now submitted to withdrawal once again. Before this issue I have withdrawn from my account without issue this is the largest sum of money I’ve tried to withdraw and now I’m having issues and not getting any help from the support team
