Withdrawal requested cancelled

I made a small deposit of €25 and received a 400% bonus which I completed the play though (x33) and had winngings of €6000 however the maximum withdrawal is 20x deposit so I requested €500 completed the verification process and received notification that it was being processed , I still had over €5000 in my casino account and adhered the o the T&c that no more that 30% of the deposit could be placed in bets so I never played more than €7.50 but they have no tool the money and cancelled my withdrawal saying I’ve breached the T&C
