I made a withdrawal request on the 12th Feb, they told me it would take upto 21 days.... we are now into day 27 and each email from them states that they are still checking my game history and will then process the withdrawal. (I already made a successful withdrawal with them last year and it took 3 days, which is why I continued to play on this site)
