Claim ammount: 1297 CAD

I’ve been trying to withdraw for a month they requested my identification and credit card which I sent they then requested my phone bill and credit card statement which I sent. But they are fighting me that it shows as a negative balance on my credit card which it should as the funds have been withdrawn from the account. I’ve been back and forth with them and getting no where. And I’m sick of the long 7-10 day delay for their manager to reply
