Withdrawal issues

Dears, On 26th of June current year i requested to withdraw my balance of 159.06 € which was less than my deposit on bet2u.com. After several followups they keep telling me that due to "Technical issues" they are unable to do the transaction. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.
