Winnigs not being paid

Made 3 withdraws on September 27th. Was emialed on the 29th to say they had been processed (showing as such in the casino cashier). Was told by online chat advisor Nathan that the funds would take 3-10 business days. This has now passed and still no money has reached me. I have emailed several times (no replies) and if I contact the chat all they say is 'we do not deal with withdraws - you have to email' (which I have done and no replies!). Asked the chat advisors who regulates them and they just keep giving me a duff email (email@example.com) - which comes back as not a real domain when i try and send emails to it. Have checked out the so called 'license supplier' and it shows this -
