I was losing every day and asked twice via email to close Acc.. No response. Continued to play and won 300 euros.. Went to withdraw and it said I had to spend 3000 to meet wagering requirements. I did this and still had money so withdrew as soon as wagering req was met. Sent all documents to verify. Said I would have my winnings in 5 working day. On the 5th day I received an email saying they would not pay and were keeping the winnings as I had not met wagering requirements. I have emailed so many times and am being ignored.
