Will not deposit $1200 to my Bank acct. As promised

After winning over $1650 i was allowed to withdraw $1200 to my bank acct. All my documents they ask for was accepted and was told were correct and clear to read. As Janet on chat after 2 days kept telling me the payment dept. was processing the payment. I would check each day and was told he same thing. And now 7 days later The $1200 has not been deposited to my bank acct. I have emailed support and last 2 days they will not answer me by email or chat.
