Treasure mile refuses to pay me $4000

I recently won $1500 dollars one day then asked for a withdrawal. While waiting I won $2500. I then asked for another withdrawal. I waited several days with no response even though it was through bitcoin and I finally contacted them. They said I had multiple accounts. And they tried giving me an email address that wasn't mine. I kept pressuring them to give me my money so they then said I was sharing my password with someone. What? It has been several more days and I text and call every day with no response from anyone.
