They cancel my credit

Hello.

I am a user of www.Banzaislots.com since 18 months with more than 22000 euros of deposit with my crédit card.

They cancel in january 2022 my account and 3597 euros of winning (without any bonus).

I send you documents attached but it s in French..i hope you can understand à little bit.

I am also available via e-mail exchange if you need more informations. 

I hope you can do something for my 3597 euros.

I am very disapointing about this situation.
