Staking problem

Dears,

Please note that recently i opened an acct. on betobet platform to stake on several sport events and i tried to stake my first bet on football match, but unfortunately i couldn't stake more than 1€ because of their "trader decision"! They don't let me withdraw either because of rollover requirements of 5 time deposit, i am not interested in casino games as they offer me, kindly help. Thx
