Responsible Gambling and Non UK Licence

I was able to register with Gale Martin yesterday and after playing for a while realised they should not be accepting U.K. players. This is not clear when you register and they are duping and misleading U.K. players. They should have adequate provisions in place to block players from the U.K. When registering they have a U.K. option on the drop down address details and also 44 before putting in your contact number which is the U.K. International code. This is a fraudulent way to attract U.K. players which is clearly illegal, against their own terms and conditions and in contravention of their licence. I have asked Gale Martin to refund me but they have abruptly and rudely refused me basically saying tough luck and will not provide me with details of who to escalate my complaint to. I have contacted Curacao Egaming and also Betsoft who provided the game I was able to play. I am not sure if they will respond so would appreciate any assistance you can offer. Gale Martin are clearly in breach here and I believe they should refund my deposits as my bets are void as the acceptance of my deposits cannot be deemed a legal transaction.
