Refuse to Payout €70,000

I signed up to Yaa Casino (which states on its website is under Gaming Licence in Curacao) in June 2021. They attributed a €200 cash bonus to my account when I first deposited (even though I did not click to accept any bonus - as I never do) if I gambled a total of €6,000. I lost the small amount I deposited in June. My account states that the “bonus” attributed to me (the €200) had expired a few days later. In September I deposited €500 and again declined to accept any bonus upon deposit. I used this €500 to accrue €70,471 in winnings - the lowest my balance went to at any one time was approx €240. When I attempted to withdraw, Yaa Casino said I had lost the €500 and that I them had €73 in bonus money in my account which I then went on to win the €70k with and therefore they removed it from my account and sent me back €1,000 to my current account. This is totally untrue and they had no right to remove such a large amount of money from my account. I asked them for proof of any of their claims and for a manager to contact me and they just ceased contact with me. They refused to accept my complaint. I lodged a complaint on the 8th October with Curacao E-Gaming but have had no response from them and it’s now the 16th November. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
