I have violated a rule at an online casino. I was asked to bet about $14,500 as a withdrawal condition. I was lucky enough to meet the withdrawal requirements and win about $28,000. However, I was again told that I was in violation of the rules and my withdrawal was denied.

Whereas once I was promised a withdrawal of an additional bet of $14,500. To later deny a withdrawal is a serious breach of discipline that threatens the online casino's credibility and license.
