Payout

I have been waiting 21 working days and have been told numerous time they are waiting for my pin. They sent me a prepaid card so say they need to waiting for loading slip. Originally the terms said it would be paid into my bank within 2-7 days. I have had excuses after excuses using Covid 19. I tried to go onto live chat today and not it is saying it isn’t licensed in my country when I have deposited,played and been verified nothing to say I couldn’t play in the UK until now.
