Not Processing KYC

Hello, I won $944.79 on my own money deposited and I was not using a bonus of any kind. I have emailed my account validation form, copies of my debit card, driver's license and utility bill to them 4 times now, 4 days in a row. Each time the email bounces back with "their email server has reached their quota and the email was not delivered. I again emailed all documents to their customer service email with no response. I have contacted their chat and they are unable to assist me. Right now I have been online with their chat for over 30 minutes and they keep telling me to wait for them to research. I call their 24/7 phone number and they never answer the phone. This is extremely concerning and suspicious and I want to file a complaint with every agency that I can. Please help me to get them to process the KYC documentation or refund all monies I have ever deposited with them. Thank you.
