Not paying withdrawal, waiting 3 months


Claim ammount: 2300 EUR

I have passed the KYC process, but after requesting payout after this was completed I was informed that my withdrawal option has been suspended and my account is being reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons. (this happened 12. July), After waiting till this day, I have been asking for an update regularly, but keep getting the same reply: (Kindly note that the reason behind the review is not disclosed with other departments before the completion of it.We kindly request for your patience and upon any update you shall be notified at once via email.) But they never reach out to me with an update, I have read that players using Campeonbet (owned by the same company as Live-bet) have had the same issue; some players have been waiting for more than 6 months without any update.

I have proof of emails and other information if need be.
