Not closing my account

From Last one month I am asking them to close my account....but they say 'we don't have option to close customer account ..u just logout' .....???

I told them I am in heavy loss due to my addiction towards casino....but everytime they say same thing...just logout...we cannot close account or no self exclusion 😔😔

They are also licensed under Curacao gaming authority...pls helpppp 🙏
