Nomini wont withdraw my Money

Hello, i have a problem with nomini casino. They dont want to withdraw my money. I won 687 Euro and i made a withdraw. But after days and contacting the support, they only reply with Copy and Paste answer like: ,,Please wait more and our department will be checking your withdraw". And yet, they didnt check anything or send me a Email. Please help me out
