My money were stolen

Hello, I collided with the fraud by the company that works with the License No. 8048/JAZ issued to Antillephone, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curacao. I played the whole month on babibet.com and made from 36 euros to 1004 euros. I play professionally so thats like my salary. They made sanctions to my account, so i tried to withdraw my money. I sent them all the photos within KYC process. And waited for 8 days. Then they they nulled my account and i have no idea how to resolve it. My nickname on babibet.com is Skyzy. They ignore my letters for a whole month just like this licesner. Would be nice if you could help me or aim where should i appeal.
