Missing dogecoin deposit

On the 23rd January I made a 0.042bch(5€) deposit which wasn't credited until the 25th January as the casino was having apparent cryptocurrency issues. Just before this was credited on the 25th January I made a 96dogecoin deposit which has still not been credited. Now I receive an email today saying it was not credited because it was under 20€ which is completely wrong, dogecoins minimum deposit is 1dogecoin and my vip bonus is for a deposit of 96dogecoin. I have made about 70 deposits at this casino of between 1€- 20€.
