Marketing Wrong RTP's

I've been playing the slot "Elvis Frog" from the provider BGAMING on 7Bit's casino for a while. I always tend to check the RTP as I never like to play RTP's below 96%. 7Bit's Casino site stated that this game was 96% RTP but after playing one night I decided to check with the provider to see if that was correct. The provider stated that the game was actually a 94% RTP game not 96%.

I reached out to the casino about this mistake explaining that I was mislead into playing this slot. I was playing this slot because it was marketed on their site as a 96% slot. In reality it was not. I would not of put money into the slot if I would have known it was 94% RTP.

After speaking with the casino, they said it's not their fault that the information was incorrect and that they can lie to the users because we agree to it in the T&C's. Which the T&C do not say this.

This is a complete breach of their casino license agreement and bad practices. A casino cannot lie to their customers and entice them in playing a game that is marked as a 96% RTP when in fact they know it is not 96%. That is lying and misleading.
