No T&C's attached and I have the email saved if you need me to send it to you. So I played the $10 at $1 bets, to my surprise I won a Jackpot of $30.000 and something I couldn't believe it. So I tried to withdraw it and it would let me saying the was a $400 and something play throw amount. I kept playing till my balance became available as a withdrawable balance. I made a couple more deposits and increased the bet to $25, and I kept winning. I reached $55.000 and I asked customer support what my withdrawal balance was and I was told I could withdraw up to $55.000, I have Screen shot of this conversation. So i tried my luck and played more taking me up to $72.500. I tried to make a withdrawal and and I got a message saying I needed to verify my account, so I sent throw all the documents and got my account verified and approved for withdrawals. I placed my first withdrawal of $500 Bank transfer all good. 4 days later still on response so I kept playing, making more deposits and redeeming my com points, my winning went down very fast and up again till I totaled $80.000. I decided to asked customer support why it was taking so long and why it wouldn't let me place and more $500 daily limit withdrawals, and after a lot of looking into my account I was told that there are T&C's for the $10 free chip with a max payout of X6, and that once the finance department looked at my account the would readjust my balance. This is totally unacceptable the casino invited me by email giving me a free $10 Chip with no T&C's attached to the email, I got lucky and now they refuse to pay up. I would like this matter resolve and take all the winning in my withdrawable balance. These T&C's should've been mentioned on the email and they weren't, I feel like this is very miss leading and I would like to take this matter further. Hey not my fault I got lucky the casino shouldn't payout jackpots with free chips, can you please help me sort this situation out? I have all the emails and Screen shot of conversations with customer support, and transcripts.
