First deposit bonus declined

On thursday 8th of September I received an sms advertising sign-up bonus to your new casino / betting site (Bankonbet). I had never used or even entered their webpages before.
25th of September I made the deposit, using a link which promised 100% Bonus to sports betting. Placed the first bet, whole deposit (100%) with minimum required wager (1.5).
After the bet was solved, Bankonbet customer service told me that I'm not eligible for the bonus "due to our administration decision" nor will they discuss further.
Casino is directly marketing their services to me, but without any warning or explanation they refuse to deliver their promise. I have not been banned from any online casino before.
