Don't pay

I won on this site. I reached the authentication stage and gave them all the documents. They blocked me because I'm in Iran. In their laws, Iran was not a forbidden country. However, I also got approval from the online support at the time of registration. After I won, they changed their laws and added Iran to the banned countries. And so they blocked me and didn't give me my money. All of the items listed have documents licensed by CEG. I sued them at the CEG, but they also condemned me without reviewing the documentation.
