Did not lock account when requested twice

Claim ammount: 6000 CAD
I had requested my account to be closed permanently two times and not to be reopened. I have all email documentation. Both times I reopened the account it was as simple as going to chat and asking them to reopen even though the emails said close permanently and not to be reopened. I have asked them for refund of all deposits after I requested account closed permanently . As the laws state the casino is responsible for the protection of their players under the responsible gaming act. The casino has denied my claim after reopening the account two times.
