Deposit not credited

I have made a deposit of 3500 INR using NetBanking money got deducted from my bank account, but not credited into pure win account. They said deposit got cancelled and may refund or get credited with pure win, it's been 8 days and nothing, neither did I get a refund in my bank nor in my pure win account. I see a lot of people got scammed by this casino in this way I have read on TRUST PILOT they got no money returned
