Deposit not credited

Claim ammount: 5000 INR
On 4th dec, I had made a transaction of inr 5000 which was not credited. On contacting the customer care, they said that it had failed. I made the complain to the bank which said that on contacting the merchant, the transaction was successful and settled. Yet I have never got the deposit. The customer care of the site keeps saying that the case is "under investigation".
