Delay after Delay still no payout

I have an approved bitcoin withdraw not paid. Approved almost a month ago. At the same time the withdraw was approved they removed my VIP5 status which effectively makes it much more difficult to talk to anyone who can help me.

I've completed their KYC verification twice. I've sent every document requested, and more. I've had almost every chat session transcript sent to my email, and have saved at least 4 emails with 4 different casino reps claiming to escalate the withdraw via a manager without result.

I've attempted to follow all the right steps including attempting to resolve the issue with the casino which I've documented I've followed the link at the bottom of the website which is a CDS link but it leads to an error message
