I REQUESTED A WITHDRAWAL TWO WEEKS AGO. I SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FOR VALIDATION BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY REPLY YET, EVEN TOUGH I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS PROBLEM VIA CHAT TWICE (I HAVE THE TRANSCRIPTIONS). THE CASINO IS OPERATED BY Stage5 N.V., AND IT is regulated under sublicense nr. 8048/JAZ2018-058 issued by Antillephone N.V. Curacao and S5 Entertainment Limited, (reg. nr. HE391419) of Chytron 3, Flat 301, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus who is in charge of handling the online payments. Before my contacting Antillephone, I hope you will be able to help me.
