Casino won’t withdraw my funds

this is my last attempt at a resolution regarding a part of luckydreams casino. I’m asking if you could email them to help resolve my case. They are holding $4400 and feel like they are scamming me. They keep rejecting my withdrawal and are not cooperating in releasing my winnings coming up with excuses like my bank details are incorrect. They just reject my withdrawal each time then telling me to withdraw via Interac only for it to be rejected. I’ve been trying to withdraw now for 9 days and they are completely non communicative. Please help.

I’m asking if you could email them at [email protected] to request they process the withdrawal on my account before I take legal action.
