I have repeatedly tried to contact support for the withdrawal of Dogecoin that I have rightfully won playing at the casino. This is the second time that they have denied me a withdrawal of funds that I’ve fairly earned and spent a lot of time/money trying to obtain. The first time they claimed the reason was because I had a bonus that was only available for BTC, and I was playing with LTC. They took me for about 100 LTC. The second time I made sure I didn’t play with a bonus and played by all their terms and conditions. I tried withdrawing the Dogecoin several times after confirming my wallet address through email with an error message displaying; “Withdrawal address not confirmed”. I contacted the casino more four times now and they have told me that I have to wait for a manager to approve the withdrawal. This was about three days ago and I still get the same response from customer service. I have kept all screenshots and email transcripts from this situation and I don’t know what else to do?
