Casino admits to defrauding bank

After depositing a few hundred dollars at Duckyluck I realized the company was a scam. When they claim to be a reputable online casino with a license it’s a lie. When I noticed on my bank statement that all of the charges had funny descriptions I decided to call my bank and ask them what (MCC)merchant category codes were used and they said it looks like you purchased books, music, agricultural ect. When I contacted customer service to request a refund due to misrepresenting their company and defrauding my bank they told me they have to change the codes in order for the charge to go through. I just wanted my $253 back and call it a day.
