Blocked my account after i won

Hello, I tried to withdraw 1250 euro, after i won 1319.66 euro on a combination bet and they blocked my account immediately after i tried to make the withdraw. The support claimed that i violated clause 3 here https://gg.bet/en/casino-bonus-terms. But that does not make much sense since i dropped multiple 10€ plinko balls and spun down real balance on slots. This is really shady behaviour from them. I would really appreciate if you could help me.
