Allowing me to join from the UK when no operating licence and allowing me to deposit money illegally

Was allowed to join a casino not operated in the uk with no licence allowing to accept deposits from me when they new I was a UK citizen on sign up and verification therefore I should have been blocked from this casino I have solicitors involved as the compmay haven't responded now in over 6months because they no what they have done is illegal
