Account comprised casino did nothing to help

On July 9th my account was comprised by someone , at the time I was in the middle of withdrawing 2300 dollars from my account , someone was able to change my email address associated with my account with out me getting any notifications. They proceeded to cancel my withdrawal then spend around 1400 dollars before attempting to withdraw 900 for themselves . Im in the process of getting an attorney and filing a formal complaint but I just want the casino to restore my account to how I left it , meaning process my 2300 dollar withdrawal, maybe you can help them see that ? Seems silly to get the gaming authority involved but thats what I'm gonna do .
