7bitcasino.com is not paying out winnings

I made a deposit and won a total of 0.05BTC (approximately $1500). I requested the payout on July 21...6 days ago. I have been in contact with the VIP team multiple times ans keep getting the same answer. "Your winnings are approved but there was an issue with the crypto payment processor". I have been getting this same answer for 6 days now. I have the screen shots of the emails/conversations to prove this. The site will gladly accept deposits without any issues but won't pay out winnings. They are scamming customers.
