Account blocked after attempted withdrawal

I had an account with Rolletto but didn’t have access to the email address connected with the account. So I created another Rolletto account and requested my previous account be closed via live chat. They said to send an email, so I did (I have copies of email from me and from them to confirm my previous account now closed so could continue using new one). I got the new account fully verified and deposited into the next day about €700 (€100 at a time). I eventually won €2998 which I withdrew. They then decided to reject initially and say my account is now under investigation for duplicate accounts! I informed them and if there was a problem they should have closed both accounts and not left one open. Now they have blocked the new account so the wagered €700-800 is lost as well as the €2998 winnings.
It is absolutely sickening that they can treat (and cheat) customers like this. They have breached their own terms and conditions in doing so.
I have all screen shots and proof, every step of the way to back up my case. The casino say my account is still under investigation but I do not trust them at all.
